This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct individual coaching sessions to help clients clarify their goals, overcome obstacles, and develop action plans for success
· Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability to help clients stay focused and motivated
· Utilize proven coaching techniques and tools to facilitate positive change and empower clients to unlock their full potential
· Collaborate with clients to identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities for growth
· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
· Stay current on industry trends and best practices in coaching and personal development
Requirements:
· Certification in life coaching or a related field (preferred)
· Proven experience as a life coach, counselor, mentor, or similar role
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong listening skills and empathy
· Ability to motivate and inspire others
· Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
