Pharmacy Manager at Neighbourly Pharmacy Apply to join our team at Fournier Drugs in Grande Cache, AB. Patient Focused Care Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care. Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling. Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care. Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures. Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development. Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld. Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings. Actively seek out new and innovative ways to improve processes. Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control). Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy. Injection certification is required. APA an asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
