Conveniently located just 10 minutes north of Airdrie, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Technician to join our team. Position Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Technician Mandatory 2 years experience using Kroll Pharmacy Software Availability for full-time, part-time, or relief shifts Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in providing safe, accurate, and compassionate patient care. Process prescriptions efficiently and accurately. Enter and maintain patient and prescription data in Kroll. Handle third-party billing and insurance adjudication. Provide professional, friendly service at the counter and over the phone. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock organization. Follow all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Ideal Candidate Profile At least 2 years of pharmacy assistant/technician experience. Proficient with Kroll Pharmacy Software (required). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. High school diploma or post-secondary education preferred.
