Tasks
  1. Developing and implementing the recruitment strategy.
  2. Developing, coordinating, leading, and supervising all HR initiatives, including recruitment, internal communications, employee appreciation programs, training, skill development, health, safety, and well-being at work.
  3. Providing advice to management on human resources management.
  4. Proposing and developing policies and procedures in human resources management.
  5. Onboarding employees.
  6. Developing strategies, procedures, and tools to promote organizational health and strengthen the employer brand.
  7. Performing any other related tasks.
Advantages

Schedule: Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday.
Insurance: Group insurance.

Job Requirements

Proficiency: In MS Office.
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
Experience: At least three (3) to four (4) years in a similar position.
Knowledge: Good knowledge of provincial and federal laws.

Desired Profile

Traits: Empathetic and friendly, customer service-oriented, responsible, open to change.
Skills: Initiative and strong organizational skills.
Membership: Ideally, a CHRA member.
