Position: Maintenance EngineerWhere will you work: Onsite – Esterhazy, Saskatchewan (Highway 22, Esterhazy, SK S0A 0X0)
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer (I, II, III, or Senior) to provide technical support to operations, maintenance, and production at our Esterhazy, SK K2 location. In this role, you will manage the 5-year capital plan for a prescribed area, work with mechanical integrity, reliability, and capital engineers to drive safe reliable production by developing sound engineered solutions to operating problems. Direct drafting and consulting resources.
Responsibilities:- Direct engineering effort on submitted requests, including informal tech support for maintenance crews.
- Manage capital plan and triage submissions.
- Provide safety program support, risk reduction solutions, Safety Focus observations and audits, Housekeeping Audits, EHSMS.
- Conduct RCA, failure analysis, and production support for cost savings.
- Assist in construction, workflow support, and supervising draftsmen.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 0-8+ years of practical engineering experience (Engineering level will be determined by the interview)
- Must be able to communicate ideas effectively, work collaboratively with a team, and be self-motivated
- Previous work experience in a relevant industry is an asset
- Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug, and alcohol testing
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
