We are proud to provide competitive wages, profit-sharing, and amazing benefits like flexible group medical and dental, fitness reimbursement, training and development, group RRSP matching, rental discounts, and more.Responsibilities:Make data entries of information contained in all documents relating to residential rentals: leases, amendments, lease assignment, renewals, etc.Rental goals and showing objectives must be met on a monthly basisMust meet monthly objectives set out by Area CoordinatorGreet, inform clients and conduct visits of rental apartmentsEnsure all rental inquiries are handled as per provided instructionsFollow-up on phone messages within 24 hoursMeet with customers and address their needs for renewals, modifications and assignation, etc.Ensure post rental follow-upComplete all required administration for the positionEnsure that the vacancy rate remains within parameters for each project by providing efficient service to current and potential clientsPerform other related tasks as assigned by Area CoordinatorExperience and Educational Requirements:Knowledge of computer applications : Word, ExcelTwo (2) years of experience excelling in customer service and salesTechnical Requirements:Must have a reliable vehicle that is suitable for winter driving conditions (all or 4 wheel drive preferred)Vehicle used for work must have a professional appearance (relatively new and in good condition)Ability to learn and adapt to rapidly changing systems and new technologyFamiliarity with computer tablets is an assetNon-Technical Requirements:Professional approach and aware of the importance of delivering quality customer serviceExcellent learning and problem solving capabilitiesAvailability to work various shifts (evening and weekends)Flexibility and attention to detailsAbility to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow throughExcellent communication skillsStrong planning and organizational skills coupled with ability to multi-task and prioritizeExcellent time-management skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationAbility to remain calm and to stay in control of any situation with patience, empathy and understandingAbility to work independently (self-managed) with efficiency and with other associates in a team environmentAbility to learn quickly and to adapt to changeKnowledge of the different amenities availableDedicated to building better communities for all our Customers and surrounding communitiesInterested applicants are invited to submit a cover letter and resume.We would like to thank you in advance for your application, however, only those candidates who are being considered will be contacted.
