Superviseur de l'entretien de la flotte

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Superviseur, Maintenance du Flotte, pour notre segment Industrie et Eau. Le titulaire de ce poste supervisera la maintenance de la flotte interne et de nos actifs dans la (les) région(s) assignée(s). Il s'agit notamment de contrôler et de programmer la maintenance des contractants internes et externes, de respecter les programmes de maintenance, les lignes directrices en matière de configuration et les exigences réglementaires en matière de documentation de la maintenance.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de :

  • Superviser le programme annuel d'entretien et d'inspection et maintenir le programme d'entretien préventif PMA, PMB.
  • Veiller à ce que la documentation spécifique aux réglementations soit complétée et conservée.
  • Veiller à ce que l'équipement soit entretenu conformément aux normes établies.
  • Responsable de la qualification des partenaires/fournisseurs.
  • Contrôler les coûts par une gestion efficace de toutes les activités de réparation et de maintenance.
  • Gérer l'inventaire des pièces détachées et commander les pièces manquantes auprès de divers fournisseurs.
  • Assurer le renouvellement du parc d'équipements dans un objectif de développement durable, principalement en termes d'électrification du parc d'équipements.
  • Développer des outils pour améliorer l'efficacité de la gestion de la maintenance.
  • Participer à l'élaboration du budget annuel de maintenance en collaboration avec la direction.
  • Coordonner l'entretien annuel et les inspections avec les opérations.
  • Effectuer des évaluations pour s'assurer que les normes de maintenance sont respectées.
  • Veiller à ce que les équipements soient sûrs, sécurisés et fiables et à ce qu'ils répondent aux exigences opérationnelles et aux réglementations en matière de transport.
  • Veiller à ce que tous les ordres de réparation soient traités et clôturés dans les délais impartis.
  • Examiner les demandes de biens d'équipement conformément aux lignes directrices et aux objectifs de l'entreprise.

Ce que vous apporterez à l'équipe :

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales ou formation en mécanique de véhicules lourds.
  • Connaissance de l'entretien des réservoirs en FRP et SS.
  • Cinq (5) ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipement ou dans un poste similaire.
  • Compétences informatiques de base, y compris la connaissance des programmes Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.
  • Disponibilité pour se déplacer entre nos différents terminaux.
  • Capacité à parler, lire et écrire le français et l'anglais.
