The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the efficient and reliable operation of key equipment at our production plant in the Industry & Water segment. This permanent role is crucial in implementing preventive maintenance programs, work request planning systems, parts inventory management, and thorough inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and manage SAP master data.
  • Plan and coordinate resources to maximize the efficiency of the Maintenance department.
  • Oversee the management of the change process and implement Kemira's process safety standards.
  • Act as a technical resource for maintenance personnel and lead the maintenance team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of combined experience in maintenance and industrial planning, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering, or equivalent business management skills in the chemical industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP software is a plus.
