For an industrial company located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, we are looking for an electrical design engineer to start immediately. Position 40 hours/week

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Analyze and define technical requirements for customer designs
- Design systems (schematics, cable and connection drawings, power).
- Define specifications for power supplies, motor controls, distributions and other requirements.
- Produce drawings, select equipment, carry out studies and calculations, propose solutions in accordance with standards.
- Ensure documentation (specifications, technical data sheets)
- Support teams of technicians and electricians

Your profile

- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
-Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (C.N.B, Québec, building)
- ING title, OIQ member - or CPI finalization
- ASP construction card
- Knowledge of Autocad
- Bilingual French-English
- Salary: $90k - $120k depending on experience
- Hybrid position - 2 days telecommuting and 3 days in the office, full insurance including vision and dental, RRSP, paid vacation depending on experience.
