Position Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, IT, this position provides support to our internal associates and the IT team.
Position Functions:
· Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications
· Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, phones (mobile & landline) and printers for new employees
· Provide mobile phone support (iPhones & Androids)
· Perform administration and training for WebEx users
· Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues, servers, and network equipment.
· Provision/Deactivate accounts on the domain
· Perform basic administration duties on the Cisco phone system
· Prepare monthly reports to identify upcoming expiration of domain registrations, software renewals, and hardware warranty renewals.
· Track software licensing counts
· Arrange for sale of old hardware
· Contribute to the knowledge base by creating user guides and documentation for known issue
· Gain a basic understanding of key business-specific applications in order to provide ‘value-add’ technical support
Minimum Qualifications:
· University or college degree in Computer Systems Technology or related field is an asset
· Basic knowledge of IT hardware including PCs, switches, printers, mobile devices
· Bilingual, English and French
· Experience with desktop operating systems and applications
· Basic Microsoft application support experience (i.E. Office, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint)
· Basic network knowledge and network troubleshooting skills
· Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities
· Experience in InTune, Carbon Black, SharePoint, and Xerox DocuShare are assets
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
· 2-3 years of experience in IT support

Résumé du poste :
Relevant du Gestionnaire de l'informatique, ce poste apporte un soutien à nos Associés internes et à l'équipe informatique.
Fonctions du poste :
- Effectuer des réparations pratiques au niveau des ordinateurs de bureau, y compris l'installation et la mise à niveau de logiciels, l'installation de matériel et la configuration de systèmes et d'applications.
- Configurer et déployer des ordinateurs de bureau, des ordinateurs portables, des téléphones (mobiles et fixes) et des imprimantes pour les nouveaux employés.
- Fournir une assistance pour les téléphones portables (iPhones et Androïdes).
- Assurer l'administration et la formation des utilisateurs de WebEx.
- Dépanner les problèmes de connectivité de base, les serveurs et l'équipement réseau.
- Approvisionner/désactiver des comptes sur le domaine.
- Effectuer des tâches d'administration de base sur le système téléphonique Cisco.
- Préparer des rapports mensuels pour identifier l'expiration prochaine des enregistrements de domaines, des renouvellements de logiciels et des renouvellements de garanties matérielles.
- Suivre le décompte des licences de logiciels.
- Organiser la vente de l'ancien matériel.
- Contribuer à la base de connaissances en créant des guides de l'utilisateur et de la documentation pour les problèmes connus.
- Acquérir une compréhension de base des applications clés spécifiques à l'entreprise afin de fournir une assistance technique à valeur ajoutée.
Qualifications et compétences minimales :
- Un diplôme universitaire ou collégial en technologie des systèmes informatiques ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout.
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'assistance informatique.
- Connaissance de base du matériel informatique, y compris les PC, les commutateurs, les imprimantes et les appareils mobiles.
- Bilingue anglais-français.
- Expérience des systèmes d'exploitation et des applications de bureau.
- Expérience de base dans le support des applications Microsoft (i.E. Office, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint).
- Connaissance de base des réseaux et compétences en matière de dépannage des réseaux.
- Connaissance pratique d'une série d'utilitaires de diagnostic.
- L'expérience de InTune, Carbon Black, SharePoint et Xerox DocuShare est un atout.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles, axées sur l'établissement de relations, l'écoute et la capacité à poser des questions.
- Capacité à établir des priorités et à exécuter des tâches dans un environnement en constante évolution.
