Platform QA Specialist

What you will be doing: 

  • Ensure the quality of each configured program prior to activation.
  • Verify that the program respects the parameters as recorded on the client’s submission.
  • Assist in an aesthetical review of consumer programs prior to the public launch.
  • Collaborate with Application and Implementation Support Specialists and Client Success. Managers to ensure a successful and timely program launch.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to deal with tight deadlines
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
  • Strongly comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel is integral to the job)
  • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency:

    oBasic understanding of conditional formatting

    oBasic understanding of pivot tables

    oStrong understanding of:

    oVLOOKUP or INDEX-MATCH

    oSUM, ROUND, CEILING, FLOOR

    oGraphs/Charts

    oAny understanding of: IF, AND, OR, MID, LEFT, RIGHT, DATE, is an asset.
