Our client is looking for a Senior Security Analyst to onboard applications into Logical Access Management (LAM - SailPoint) at large financial bank - 34201

Location: Hybrid - 888 Birchmount Road 6th Floor, Scarborough – need to come in on ad hoc basis for meetings – open to fully remote especially as is shorter contract

Contract Duration: ASAP to Sept 30, 2024 – approx. 2 months This project may not be extended however if resource is strong, potential for extension on other projects.

Business group:GIAM - IAM Governance - The Global Identity & Access Management (GIAM) organization is responsible for the execution and governance of established security controls pertaining to identity and access management. This includes the centralized periodic certification of user identities, the user accounts linked to those identities, management of privileged access, authentication & authorization, as well as the selection and integration of identity management tools

Project:HVA Program – to onboard applications into our LAM (Logical Access Management) tool- final phases of project and working to onboard all 82 applications by end of September.

Senior Information Security Analyst is responsible for supporting the achievement of the Bank’s information security objectives of integrity, confidentiality/privacy and continuity by ensuring Logical Access is effectively governed for the Enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for onboarding applications to the Logical Access Management Platform (SailPoint IIQ).
  • Taking care of the technical aspect of application onboarding, which consists of QAT testing, technical requirements gathering while also being responsible for business analysis to address logical access risks.
  • Interview business/application stakeholders to guide them to build access control matrices for applications and support the business to understand their responsibilities with respect to logical access controls
  • Manage and conduct detailed risk-based evaluations of the design and operating effectiveness of Information Technology (IT) controls for applications and systems.

Must Haves:

  • 8+ years’ experience as an Information Security Analyst
  • 1+ years of expert and recent experience with SailPoint (Identity IQ) – ability to identify what requirements need to be onboarded to SailPoint to prevent any exposure to risk for the bank
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. V-Lookup, pivot tables)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Development and Quality Assurance testing experience in gathering requirements from applications to onboard applications to SailPoint IIQ

Education:

• Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related IT field is an asset.

  • One round MS Teams video – Panel with HM and other stakeholders (30 minutes)
  • Introductions, review resume, scenario-based questions.
  • Technical team member will assess knowledge on SailPoint
