Duration: Until September 30, 2024
Our client a leading financial institution in Scarborough, ON is looking for an Information Security Analyst - SailPoint IIQ to to be involved in many different initiatives to further build the Bank’s IAM capabilities while being able to improve processes. This individual will be gain valuable experience in being part of a great dynamic team that ensures that Logical access is effectively governed for the Enterprise. The successful candidate will gain knowledge and enhance their leadership skills by collaborating with a strong senior leadership team at GIAM.
- Typical Day in role: Responsible for onboarding applications to the Logical Access Management Platform (SailPoint IIQ).
- Take care of the technical aspect of application onboarding, which consists of QAT testing, technical requirements gathering while also being responsible for business analysis to address logical access risks.
- Interview business/application stakeholders to guide them to build access control matrices for applications and support the business to understand their responsibilities with respect to logical access controls
- Manage and conduct detailed risk-based evaluations of the design and operating effectiveness of Information Technology (IT) controls for applications and systems.
- Must-Have Skills:8+ years’ experience as an Information Security Analyst
- 1+ years of expert and recent experience with SailPoint (Identity IQ) – ability to identify what requirements need to be onboarded to SailPoint to prevent any exposure to risk for the bank
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. V-Lookup, pivot tables)
- Nice-To-Have Skills:Development and Quality Assurance testing experience in gathering requirements from applications to onboard applications to SailPoint IIQ
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Soft Skills Required:Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
- Strong decision making, forward thinking and creative problem-solving skills to anticipate and respond quickly to technological/market influences.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
