The Position

A leading Investment bank has an exciting opportunity for a Windows 11 Program Mgr. This is a pivotal role for the Windows 11 Program and we are looking to recruit for a senior person who will be responsible for all elements of the Program technical delivery, vendor mgmt and is able to adapt throughout the lifecycle to meet the needs of this large Program.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Develop trusted relationships with the senior management team in the region

- Act as the primary escalation and senior contact point for the Windows 11 Program technical resources

- Recruit, develop and manage the Win11 Program team

- On board, set up, manage, provide direction to the vendor resources

- Provide the Windows 11 Program Director with all relevant Program updates

- Liaise with global counterparts to ensure consistency and success across the Program

Key Skills\Experience

- Skilled in building and managing strong and effective multi discipline teams

- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders across geographical & functional boundaries

- Any successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of leading technology projects/programs and understand the complexities and issues that result from such initiatives

- This role requires an individual with strong communication skills. The successful candidate will need to be able to clearly articulate objectives, requirements and risks & issues

- Must be able to effectively communicate in both business and technical contexts

- Innovative thinker and problem solver

- The ideal candidate may have around 10+ years’ experience

Prior experience working in financial services or consulting firm required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60.00-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
