Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at 1117595 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on construction sites
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure projects are completed efficiently
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure they are completed to a high standard
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills to complete projects
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a noisy and outdoors environment
