The Revenue Operations Analyst is a key player in managing and optimizing technology systems for revenue teams, ensuring data accuracy, and driving revenue growth through efficient system administration. This role involves maintaining and improving revenue systems like HubSpot, Outreach, Clearbit, Chili Piper, and ZoomInfo, managing data integrations, customizing the various platforms to meet the needs of the business, and collaborating with various departments to enhance revenue team productivity.
In addition to maintaining the integrity of the systems, the Revenue Operations Analyst plays a critical role in the procurement of the various technologies to assess the ROI and impact each platform has across the different revenue teams at Klue.
What You'll Do:
Systems Maintenance - The maintenance of key revenue systems, ensuring data hygiene, managing system releases and security updates.
Reporting and Analysis - Creating reports and dashboards for end users across various revenue platforms.
Collaborating Across Teams - Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth by implementing process improvements leveraging GenAI and automation.
Revenue Technology Stack Management - Ownership of technology procurement for new purchases in addition to renewals to ensure all necessary assessments are conducted to measure the impact of each technology and measuring the ROI for Klue.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Experience in Sales and Marketing systems administration roles.
Technology Proficiency - Experience working with a revenue technology stack including automation tools, reporting platforms, and analytics software.
CRM Expertise - A CRM Certified Administrator with the ability to manage CRM systems effectively.
Analytical Thinker - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize data quality and drive revenue growth.
Strong Communicator - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams effectively.
Adaptable & Agile - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, adapt to changes in technology, and continuously learn to enhance system efficiency.
Highly Motivated & Delivery-Focused - You’re ambitious. Nothing feels better than getting sh*t done.
You Have Experience with:
HubSpot or similar CRM Platforms.
Marketing Automation Platforms.
Salesloft or Outreach.
ZoomInfo, Clearbit or similar data providers.
PeopleImport or RingLead for managing data hygiene.
DriveTrain or similar FP&A platforms.
Chili Piper or similar platforms.
Total Compensation & Benefits:
