À titre de conseiller(-ère) principal(e), gouvernance en gestion des risques, vous contribuez aux activités d’analyse, de recherche et de développement en vue de recommander des orientations et des stratégies en matière d’encadrement de la gestion de risques. Vous rédigez des encadrements et des politiques et directives visant la saine gestion des risques en adéquation avec le modèle des trois lignes de défense. Vous accompagnez vos partenaires de 2e ligne et de 1re ligne dans l’analyse et le déploiement des encadrements en gestion intégrée des risques et vous effectuez la surveillance des encadrements, des contrôles et des mécanismes de surveillances mis en place par vos partenaires de 2e ligne. Vous avez également la charge de préparer les différentes redditions internes et externes liées à la gestion intégrée des risques au sein de l’organisation. Plus spécifiquement, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Conseiller et accompagner votre clientèle et vos partenaires dans le positionnement, la planification, le développement, la réalisation et les suivis relatifs à divers projets et mandats stratégiques liés à la gouvernance de la gestion des risques dans l’organisation

  • Voir au développement et à l’évolution de politiques, de normes, de modèles et de programmes en soutien aux projets et aux mandats stratégiques de votre unité

  • Cibler et analyser des problématiques. Soulever les enjeux de taille. Établir des diagnostics et faire des recommandations aux instances concernées

  • Représenter votre unité auprès de différents comités composés de membres de la haute direction et auprès des instances.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit

  • Baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée

  • Un minimum de huit ans d’expérience pertinente

  • Veuillez noter que d’autres combinaisons de formation et d’expérience pertinentes pourraient être considérées

  • Expérience en gestion intégrée des risques ou en gouvernance

  • Expérience dans une institution financière

  • Expérience en rédaction et présentation pour un niveau exécutif

  • Connaissance du cadre législatif entourant la gestion des risques

  • Connaissance approfondie du modèle des trois lignes de défense, des cadres de référence et de la réglementation

  • Connaissance du français nécessaire
