Les Marronniers, a friendly seniors' residence located on the south shore of Quebec, is looking for a person to fill a full-time dining room manager position. Do you like customer service, contact with seniors and team management? You are the person we need :)


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime with every other weekend
Salary: between $18 and $21 per hour


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Management
  • Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general
  • Ensure that services provided to residents and their loved ones are of a high quality
  • Provide a high level of customer service
Food Services
  • Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
  • Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
  • Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort
  • Perform other related duties
