Responsibilities / Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Maximize sales and profits through the effective leadership of people, inventory, expense control and fixed assets.
- Partner with support teams to implement and execute strategies within your store.
- Responsible for the overall operational excellence of the store.

- Demonstrates passion for coaching and has a natural leadership ability.

- Upholds a firm understanding of financial results and is able to translate into effective sales strategies.

Additional Information:
Annual Base Salary Range: $50,400 to $56,000 (will commensurate with experience).
The advertised salary range may vary slightly as it is based on the company’s current salary structure, which may be revised by the company, from time to time, at its sole discretion. The agreed upon salary may also vary from the advertised salary ranges depending on several factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience and internal equity.
