Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and supervisors.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and improve store performance, identifying areas for growth and implementing strategies to achieve goals.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
