Position Summary

The Account Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient management of client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for the Retail Division Recruiters and Administrative Team, you will collaborate daily with them to get updates on the number of Temporary Foreign Workers (TFW) that require support in documentation gathering and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

·       Collect and manage data for accounts in the Account Manager's portfolio.

·       Assist with pre-preparation, scheduling, and post-presentation follow-up for presentations by the Account Manager and/or CEO.

·       Support Account Management by performing tasks related to communication with external clients (employers)

·       Act as a point of contact for Temporary Foreign Workers

·       Create, maintain, and distribute tracking sheets for Employers as requested.

·       Respond to Employer's queries as directed by the Account Manager

·       Assist with presenting candidates to potential employers as directed by the Account Manager

·       Help with the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence for the Division.

·       Assist the Account Manager with efforts to attract new and retain existing clients, including making cold calls, scheduling appointments for presentations, and doing the necessary follow-up as requested.

·       Manage files and disseminate relevant information, including but not limited to updating Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) tracking sheets, positive LMIAs, and Job Orders (JO) from the Division

·       Notify the Immigration Department to initiate Temporary Resident Visa submission for the Temporary Foreign workers.

·       Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·       A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support position

·       Diploma in Business Administration or related field

·       Experience with the Temporary Foreign Worker Program is a definite asset

·       Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
