The General Counsel will be responsible for handling corporate legal issues, providing legal and strategic advice, while helping the firm navigate and ensure compliance with securities law. The General Counsel will play a crucial role in supporting the company's operations and continued growth.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in Corporate, Litigation, and Securities LawExperience in handling Regulatory and Compliance mattersExperience with creating Securities Offering DocumentsAbility to provide sound legal and strategic advice to stakeholdersExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesRelevant legal qualifications and certifications
