Full Time Assistant Manager (30 hours minimum)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about team management, training development, and sales.

Duties:

  • Support the Owner/Manager in all tasks necessary to the efficient operation of the business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns
  • Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the manager to ensure product availability
  • Drive to and from wholesalers to purchase inventory.
  • Be able to lift 30 kg
  • Be up to date with the latest fashion trendsto determine consumer demand, and potential sales volumes
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and well-stocked merchandise area.
  • Ensure that merchandise is properly ticketed and attractively displayed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or sales management for a minimum of 1 year
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Fashion retail management experience with a proven track record of sales and team development success
  • Positive, optimistic, results-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Fashionable, well-groomed professional presentation
  • Excellent English communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed professional sales, customer service, and rapport building skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ 20 - $ 22 per hour

Language Requirement:

  • English
  • Arabic (preferred)

Driving License is required

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
