How do we work?

As our Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be a part of the global People Operations Department which consists of 14 team members, including 2 colleagues in the Payroll Team located in Poland.

Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, the Senior Payroll Specialist will play a critical role in overseeing and developing payroll for our rapidly growing workforce.

In this role, you will:

Process of semi-monthly (Canada, USA) and monthly payrolls (Australia, Japan, Singapore, United Kingdom).

Manage and update employee benefit changes, including enrolment, offboarding, and pension contributions.

Review invoices and provide backup data to the Finance Team to secure timely payments.

Liaise with the global People Operations Team to ensure best practices and good partnerships.

Keep payroll and benefits Confluence pages for Canada, USA, and UK up to date.

Support internal and external audits.

Assist in the creation of payroll process mapping for the specific regions.

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role?

4-5 years experience in processing multi-jurisdiction payrolls.

Knowledge of Canadian and/or UK payroll.

Experience in working with external payroll providers.

Ability to self-organize, work independently, and prioritize a high volume of work.

Creative and analytical mind, a can-do attitude in solving problems.

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing and dynamic environment with evolving systems and procedures.

Strong Excel skills.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in payroll project implementation.

Workday and/or Activ8 system knowledge.

Certified Payroll Professional (PCP) or Canadian Payroll Association (PCP).
