À titre d’agent(e)-conseil expérience membre et client à la Caisse Desjardins du Complexe Desjardins , vous veillez à rehausser l’expérience de nos membres et clients et vous vous assurez de leur satisfaction. Ceci passe, entre autres, par votre accueil bienveillant, par votre écoute, par la prise en charge de leurs besoins et par votre accompagnement dans la gestion de leur autonomie financière. À travers cet accompagnement, vous faites connaître les valeurs coopératives de Desjardins. Vous accompagnez les membres et clients et leur offrez des conseils pour leurs transactions bancaires. Vous faites la promotion de l’ensemble des produits et services Desjardins ainsi que des différents canaux de distribution disponibles. Vous êtes à l’écoute de leurs besoins afin de leur proposer des solutions adaptées. Vous repérez les occasions d’affaires et dirigez les membres et clients vers vos collègues pour leurs besoins de services spécialisés. Vous êtes un fier ambassadeur des solutions numériques et vous offrez des conseils aux membres et clients pour l’utilisation de ces solutions. Vous veillez au bon déroulement de leurs transactions financières, tout en assurant la prise en charge de la résolution de problèmes, le cas échéant. Vous mettez l’accent sur l’information et sur l’accompagnement à l’utilisation des outils technologiques, tout en y intégrant des conseils de prévention et de sécurité. Plus spécifiquement, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Accompagner les membres et clients dans leurs opérations et leurs transactions, en saisissant les occasions pour les informer des applications et des outils technologiques existants, leur permettant d’être plus autonomes dans ces activités.

  • Contribuer au développement des affaires et au maintien de la relation d’affaires, à travers la prestation de services et par le biais d’activités. 

  • Accompagner les membres et clients ayant subi des fraudes ou des irrégularités et s’assurer de les diriger vers les partenaires désignés

  • Demeurer à l’affût des nouveautés liées aux normes, produits ou services dans votre champ d’activité.

  • Respecter les règles de conformité, de sécurité et de gestion des risques.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES)

  • Un minimum de deux ans d’expérience pertinente

  • Veuillez noter que d’autres combinaisons de formation et d’expérience pertinentes pourraient être considérées

  • Connaissance du français nécessaire

  • Maitrise de l’anglais de niveau intermédiaire avancé en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d'interactions avec des partenaires ou membres et clients anglophones.

  • Connaissance de l'ensemble des produits et services Desjardins relatifs au courant et à la convenance.

  • Connaissance de l'intégration des données dans les systèmes.

  • Connaissance des mesures de sécurité, de l'encadrement légal et du contrôle interne.

  • Connaissance de la philosophie et du fonctionnement d'une coopérative de services financiers.
