He will report to the Director of Finance for Canada and will have to interact regularly with management and the entire team.We are looking for a clerk responsible for the following tasks:
Collect from customers;
Establish customer credit;
Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements;
Collaborate in reporting for the US head office;
Prepare the year-end file for external auditors;
Prepare various dashboards and financial analyses to support management in its business decision-making;
Manage cash flows in a multi-currency context;
Collaborate with the purchasing department for inventory management;
Supervise the application of the customer credit policy and collaborate with management and its team;
Preparation of commercial invoices.
Our ideal candidate is :
Bilingual
Masters Office 365, more specifically Excel
Is comfortable in a multi-currency environment
Knows applicable sales taxes
Has good priority management
Likes to work under pressure and meets deadlines
Has a concern for continuous improvement and the development of new work tools

Quality of written French/English (many communications by email, customers in Quebec, Canada, the USA and elsewhere in the world)
