We are currently hiring for a Business Transformation Project Manager. If you’re highly motivated and are ready for an exciting career that will shape the future of the foodservice industry, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary:

  • The Business Transformation Project Manager will lead the implementation of strategic project initiatives to achieve Flanagan’s business objectives, by overseeing and managing complex projects aimed at driving organizational change and improvements. This role will play a critical role to lead cross-functional teams, define project objectives, and deliver innovative solutions to drive business transformation and growth.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, reporting and implementation of business transformation projects to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders, Senior Leadership, Team, 3 rd party vendors, and project team members to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables including but not limited to e-commerce onboarding, SQF implementation, and Master Data enhancements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation to effectively manage project activities and milestones.
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle, fostering collaboration and buy-in from all levels of the organization.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies, and drive organizational readiness for change.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure and evaluate project outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, change management or a related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management approaches, software/tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and business development.
  • Proven experience in business process optimization, change management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in the foodservice distribution industry considered an asset.
