The Position: We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for Members and guests alike. We are looking for a full-time Member Hospitality Lead to work afternoons/evenings. This is a dual role where you will spend two shifts per week working as the MOD (Manager-on-duty) and two shifts per week as a Member Services Agent at the Club’s front desk.

Requirements:

  • Available to work evenings and weekends (Thursday to Sunday)
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain a high level of integrity
  • You are a problem solver with a positive and professional attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Own transportation is an asset due to the Club’s location
  • You agree to get a Police Information Check with a vulnerable sector search
  • The successful candidate will be scheduled afternoon/evenings based on the operational needs of the Club.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Member Services desk and acknowledge members and guests upon arrival
  • Respond to member requests, queries and concerns, consistently exceeding member expectations
  • Maintain club safety and security, enforcing house rules when necessary
  • Liaise between all departments to ensure information is circulated in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitoring the indoor and outdoor club activities to identify, manage, and report activity. Maintaining a secure premises via ongoing sweeps and surveillance risks and safety issues
  • Provide information to members, guests, and prospective members regarding all Club services and amenities
  • Perform quality control checks within the club and facilitate timely solutions
  • Manage issues by using good judgment, diffusing tension and involving appropriate senior staff and authorities
