Versō, c’est quoi?

Versō est un nouvel hôtel-boutique situé directement sur les rives du majestueux lac Memphrémagog. Ses 54 chambres, dont plusieurs avec vue sur le lac, offrent des installations modernes dans un décor rétro inspiré des années 50-60. À même l’hôtel se trouve un bistro d’inspiration méditerranéenne avec une magnifique terrasse 2 étages sur le lac.

Description du poste
TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

Relevant du superviseur en place, le ou la réceptionniste d’hôtel est responsable d’accueillir les clients et d’offrir une expérience client hors pair en facilitant le séjour de nos clients de l’accueil, jusqu’à leur départ.

Principales tâches

  • Accueillir les clients à leur arrivée;
  • Procéder à l’ouverture des dossiers clients;
  • Percevoir les paiements;
  • Promouvoir les services de l’établissement et des entreprises du groupe PAL+;
  • Procéder à la vérification des registres quotidiens;
  • Coordonner certaine réservation avec les services à l’interne;
  • Collaborer au bon fonctionnement de l’établissement;
  • Le cas échéant, effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.


QUALIFICATIONS :

Scolarité

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires terminées, ou un DEP en réception d’hôtellerie ou toute autre combinaison de formation et d’expérience jugée pertinente. (un atout)

Expérience 

  • Posséder de 1 à 2 années d’expérience en service à la clientèle;
  • Expérience en hôtellerie (un atout);
  • Connaissance des logiciels de gestion hôtelière (Hotello) (un atout).

Compétences complémentaires 

  • Bilinguisme (4/5);
  • Démontrer d’excellente habileté de présentation de l’accueil (Savoir-Être);
  • Démontrer des aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle;
  • Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes en communication verbale et écrite;
  • Posséder des compétences linguistiques supplémentaires (ex : 3e langue Atout);
  • Posséder une habileté à utiliser divers outils informatiques.
