About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Hôtel Verso. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guests, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, and upholstered furniture.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Assist with the maintenance of housekeeping equipment and supplies, and participate in inventory management to ensure that all necessary items are available.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Work Setting: This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Work Hours: 25 to 40 hours per week.
