About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and dynamic People Manager & Executive Assistantto join our team. Reporting directly to Tod, our General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining company contracts and benefits, facilitating team member onboarding and offboarding, SOP creation and Executive Assistant duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. People: Benefits administration, maintaining team member files, preparing contracts, onboarding and off-boarding, recruitment, creating team development processes, annual review processes, payroll and compensation plan establishment.

  2. Community Engagement: Accountable for developing and building our presence in the community through activation of At-Risk Youth and Kings Club Programs.

  3. EA support: Client care, calendar and inbox management, PTO calendar management, SOP creation and maintenance, organizational process improvement and automation.

You are:

  • Able to commute full-time to our studio in Kelowna.

  • Experienced in a human resources or operations role.

  • Experience developing processes to build company culture and support growth.

  • Excited to make an impact by automating business processes and being organized and detail oriented.

  • Experience delivering HR presentations, and automating business processes an asset.
