Key Responsibilities Depending on your background, you can expect to advise clients on:- Domestic and cross-border, bilateral, syndicated, acquisition financing and project-lending transactions on a wide range of matters
- Structured finance and securitization transactions for all asset classes
- Asset-based lending and real estate financing
