Key Responsibilities Depending on your background, you can expect to advise clients on:
  • Domestic and cross-border, bilateral, syndicated, acquisition financing and project-lending transactions on a wide range of matters
  • Structured finance and securitization transactions for all asset classes
  • Asset-based lending and real estate financing
