About the roleReporting to the AVP, Client Management Engineering, the primary focus of the Senior Manager, SAP CRM & Account Origination (AO) role is to support and further build ATB’s SAP & Account Origination solution components. She/he/they will collaborate with the team and other peers including those leading the eCRM and Enterprise Origination deliveries. He/she/they will also collaborate with product, operations, technology, business and other groups to execute technical strategies to enhance and ensure effective day-to-day operations for our SAP CRM and Account Origination applications.
AccountabilitiesYou will find success based on your ability to manage and deliver in the following areas:
Be a Great ATB Leader:
- Manage and monitor team member support for day-to-day configuration, analysis and troubleshooting
- Lead ATB teams to define a prioritized set of business outcomes and application work to accomplish those outcomes.
- Lead, develop and engage team members in career development through support for professional growth opportunities.
- Provide clear, concise, timely and transparent communication.
- Develop and manage relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Interact with third-party service providers in accordance with established Service Level Agreements
- Provide leadership for knowledge management of all supported SAP technologies
- Continue to have a strong interest in continuous learning and find new ways to do your work better (i.e. work smarter, not harder).
- Understand the big picture and share the knowledge with team members to enhance their understanding of what is happening at ATB.

- You are known for getting work done in a timely manner with a high degree of quality. As an influencer, you are working closely with other leaders to help move your team in new directions, challenging the status quo and making new things happen; all while ensuring our primary commitments are taken care of.

- You are a leader with experience and passion for leading a team of software developers and IT professionals
- As a primary focus, you lead and facilitate activities to support direct team members to enhance all aspects of ATB’s SAP CRM and AO applications.
- You partner with peer leaders to develop, implement and mature solutions that ensure high availability for SAP CRM & AO, including fully documenting and standardizing operational procedures with appropriate controls.
- An expert at resource management, you actively ensure team member time is effectively allocated and prioritized to support strategic initiatives.
- You establish and deliver on key strategic objectives
- As an innovator, you are the lead champion for continuous technology and process improvement within the Engineering and Enterprise Services team. You constantly examine, adapt and mature existing practices and processes – including components of the delivery methodology.
- Proven experience demonstrating critical thinking and planning.
- Ability to lead teams and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.
- Persuasive, professional communication style. Capable of communicating complex, technical topics to a wide variety of audiences. Ability to interact with senior management and influence decision makers.
- Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities, and to redirect team members toward new objectives.
- Excellent understanding of multi-disciplinary nature of technology solutions
- Previous experience leading SAP application teams / leading work in SAP applications would be an advantage
- Previous experience with SAP CRM and Account Origination , or other CRM solutions, would be an asset
