Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and metrics. Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of changes and improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data solutions to meet those requirements. Work with data engineers and scientists to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness. Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and trends and recommend improvements to our data infrastructure and processes. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts on best practices and principles. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools such as R, Python, or SAS.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
