Brief description of the position :

In order to meet the needs of our customers in the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical sectors, we are looking for technical writer consultants to carry out various mandates. The main missions would be to manage technical documentation, write and evaluate the content of technical documents (procedures, work instructions, protocols, tables, diagrams, etc.) and transcribe the information in a clear and comprehensive manner while maintaining a high level of spelling, grammar and syntax in French and English language.

Main responsibilities:

Without limitation, the main tasks involve:

  • Write any technical document with a high level of clarity according to clients' needs;
  • Collaborate with the various departments (QA, QC, validation, engineering) for the drafting of high-quality documents (procedures, instructions, diagram, diagrams, tables, etc.);
  • Perform audits of technical documents written by clients and make improvements to existing documentation through customer proposals;
  • To follow the documents in the process of revisions according to the procedures of the client and organize meetings in order bringing solutions to the identified comments;
  • Maintain perfect communication with internal teams;
  • Maintain a high level of spelling, grammar and syntax in French and English.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, administration, literature, language or any other related discipline;
  • 1 (one) to 10 (ten) years of experience in industry, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or cosmetics sectors;
  • Able to synthesize information and present it in a clear and precise manner;
  • Demonstrated curiosity for science, engineering and other technology;
  • Experience in technical writing (an asset);
  • Proven knowledge of Health Canada and FDA Regulations;
  • Excellent skills in MS Office Suite;
  • Writing/oral communication skills, English and French;
  • Perfect bilingualism;
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license (an asset);
  • Mobility, willing to travel (an asset).
