About Project:
We’re developing an algorithmic trading platform that aims to allow customers to automatically maintain their stock portfolio while minimizing the risk of loss.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with Java
- Experience with Amazon API, DB: PostgreSQL/DynamoDB, Akka, Pekko HTTP, Alpakka, SQS
- Ability to talk with customers, identify their real needs, and propose the most optimal and valuable solution
- Strong time-management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Quick learner with the ability/desire to share knowledge
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations
- Interpersonal skills and sociability
- Develop solutions and algorithms according to technical specifications or other requirements documentation
- Write program code according to the defined application architecture
- Take ownership to resolve customer-reported bugs/feature requests by SLAs and change management protocols
- Reproduce issues that cannot be resolved without a code change, establish their causes, and modify code to eliminate defects
- Modify existing software code using standard software development and project-specific practices and test its correctness
- Analyze software code compliance with and performance standards
- Ensure that changes to the software code do not conflict with the technical and business requirements of the product
- Maintain and adjust existing CI/CD pipelines and building procedures
- Conduct knowledge sharing for junior staff
- Approve technical requirements for software with stakeholders
- Analyze variants of software requirements implementation; evaluate their time consumption and workload
