Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in software development
  2. Experience with Java 11, 17, Spring family, SOPS (Secrets OPerationS) / PGP, Servlets, REST API, ORMs (Hibernate, ScalikeJDBC), SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
  3. 2+ years of hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JS, React, TypeScript
  4. Will be a plus experience with Artifactory, Netflix Hystrix, LaunchDarkly, Apache Velocity / Thymeleaf, ShedLock, Junit 4/5, WireMock, NewRelic, Gatsby, Cordova
  5. Ability to talk with customers and 3rd party vendors, identify their real needs and propose the most optimal and valuable solution
  6. Ability to identify bugs in the code and correctly interpret bug reports
  7. Ability to seamlessly develop new features to the existing solution
  8. Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and product owners to get necessary information

Responsibilities
  1. Take ownership to resolve customer-reported bugs/feature requests by SLAs and change management protocols
  2. Reproduce issues that cannot be resolved without a code change, establish their causes, and modify code to eliminate defects
  3. Modify existing software code using standard software development and project-specific practices and test its correctness
  4. Analyze software code compliance with and performance standards
  5. Ensure that changes to the software code do not conflict with the technical and business requirements of the product
  6. Maintain and adjust existing CI/CD pipelines and building procedures
  7. Conduct knowledge sharing for junior staff
  8. Approve technical requirements for software with stakeholders
  9. Analyze variants of software requirements implementation; evaluate their time consumption and workload
  10. Support the L2 team by helping them understand how supported software works
  11. Create and update documentation and instructions on supported systems to help the support team work more efficiently
  12. Attend customer meetings and be ready to communicate/report status with customers
