Responsibilities
- Working with the Director of Internal Audit to develop and implement compliance programs
- Conducting operational, financial, and IT audits
- Working closely with the internal audit management team as well as external auditors
- Analyzing internal processes and financial reporting risk assessment
- Supporting the internal control structure
- Develop solutions that address issues identified in audits
- Preparing and reviewing work papers, audit reports, and other related documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of auditing experience
- University degree in business and a recognized professional accounting designation (CPA, CIA or CISA)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a very thorough background check
