Must haves:

  • SECRET Level Security Clearance Must.
  • SAP certifications in both Material Management (MM) and one of the following modules:
  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Analyst specializing in SAP.
  • Deep knowledge in the Aerospace and Defence (A&D) sector, as demonstrated by having implemented SAP in at least one other A&D organization.

Job Title: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Analyst – Level 3 (SAP)

Period: 1 year from start date

Extension: Optional for 3 years.

M1. Must have a diploma or degree in computer engineering, computer programming or computer science from a recognized post-secondary institution.

M2. Must demonstrate approved SAP certifications in both Material Management (MM) and one of the following modules:

  • Production Planning (PP);

M3. Must possess a minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) months of demonstrated experience within the last one hundred and eighty (180) months as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Analyst specializing in SAP.

M4. Must possess a minimum of sixty (60) months of demonstrated experience within the last two hundred and forty (240) months implementing material planning in SAP in at least two projects in a functional team lead role.

M5. Must possess a minimum of sixty (60) months of demonstrated experience within the last one hundred and fifteen (115) months and proven performance in the definition, development and implementation of SAP in military environment in both the Maintenance and Supply Chain domains.

M6. Must possess deep knowledge in the Aerospace and Defence (A&D) sector, as demonstrated by having implemented SAP in at least one other A&D organization besides DND.

Rated Criteria:

RT-1. The Candidate should possess additional demonstrated experience as an ERP Systems Analyst specializing in SAP.

Experience may be gained within the military, public or private sector.

RT-2. The Candidate should possess knowledge and experience of SAP system functionality that integrates or intersects with the following three materials management categories:

1) Configuration Management (including variant configuration)

2) Maintenance Master and Transactional data; and

3) Supply Master and Transactional data.

RT-3. The Candidate should possess a thorough understanding of the business processes in the areas of materials planning, maintenance and supply chain activities in support of a defence organization responsible and/or accountable for the defence resource availability to government directed operations.

RT-4. The Candidate should possess demonstrated experience and proven performance in the definition, development and implementation of DRMIS solutions at DND in both the Maintenance and Supply Chain domains over the last 120 months.
