  • Support internal and external recruiting processes and provide customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Communication applicants and Recruiters to fill open positions and perform a variety of activities in support of Recruiting Dept.
  • Review resumes, research employment verification and references, generate and send offer letters, following recruiting process by administratively supporting all aspects up to offer.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, experience with candidate databases.
Qualifications:
  • FullyBilingual - French/English
  • Organized, detail oriented,and fast learner
  • Recruitment Coordination experience
  • Workday and Excel experience arestrong nice to haves
