Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee management of fleet departments
  2. Manage fleet team
  3. Create and maintain internal relationships with business leadership across Ocean Capital group of companies
  4. Oversee compliance reporting for government and insurance regulators
  5. Manage quarterly and annual KPIs
  6. Act as an active member of accident review committee, reviewing fleet incident and accident investigations and making remedial action recommendations
  7. Create and maintain external relationships with key suppliers and vendors
  8. Additional duties as assigned
Technical / Business Requirements:

Post-secondary certificate or degree

15+ years’ related experience

Experience in the field of fleet optimization

Proficient in producing management presentations
