The Opportunity

Are you passionate about empowering revenue teams to achieve their highest potential? As a Revenue Enablement Manager at Carbon6, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our GTM teams by developing strategies, creating impactful content, and delivering training that boosts performance. You will be at the heart of our revenue function and collaborate cross-functionally to identify untapped revenue opportunities, ensure seamless processes and continuous improvement. Your Impact
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement enablement strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training programs for new hires, current revenue employees and partners to enhance the skills and performance.
  • Resource Development and Maintenance: In collaboration with our marketing team, you will produce engaging and informative content to support revenue efforts and improve knowledge retention.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Tool Implementation: Manage the selection and integration of revenue tools to optimize productivity and efficiency. Experience with Outreach is a plus
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment, visibility and support for revenue initiatives, as well as providing feedback from the GTM teams to the other functions.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on key metrics to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance processes to drive operational excellence.
Your Qualifications
  • Collaboration: You excel in working with various teams to ensure cohesive and aligned efforts towards common goals.
  • Excellent Communication: You can break down complex concepts into understandable terms, inspiring action with your communication skills. You are gifted in both speaking and listening, leading to a more transparent and effective communication process. You are equally eloquent and comfortable communicating in writing, in person, and when speaking to large groups.
  • Analytical: Your analytical skills allow you to dissect complex data and turn it into actionable insights. You have experience with and passion for designing data structures, scalable reporting, and dashboards for revenue teams using standard data and BI applications, and a flair for telling a story with data.
  • Leadership: You're a strong leader with the ability to make informed, timely decisions and drive a project to its completion. You are comfortable making the call to move things along quickly, even when you don’t have all the information to be 100% confident in the right call. You wield your leadership skills to push through obstacles and set clear vision for your stakeholders.
  • Training: Experienced in designing and delivering effective training programs to improve team capabilities.
  • Content Creation: Skilled in developing compelling content that supports revenue initiatives and drives engagement.
  • Strategic Thinking: Able to see the bigger picture and design strategies that drive long-term success.
  • Organizational Skills: Your organizational prowess enables you to manage multiple clients and projects with ease. No detail escapes you. You are committed to precision, maintaining a clear and ordered workflow.
