THE ROLE
As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branch. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be proficient in office management, and have a keen eye for detail.

This role reports to the Terminal Manager and interacts with management, internal departments, operating branches, front-line employees, managers, vendors, and key contacts with current and potential customers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch office.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Provide administrative support to branch staff and management.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for accurate record-keeping.
  • Support the branch manager in budget monitoring and financial reporting.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between the branch and headquarters.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or a related field are a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
