We are seeking a highly skilled QA/UAT Specialist to join our dynamic team and support our Ecommerce platforms, kiosks, and digital products.

Job Summary: The QA/UAT Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our marketing technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing Ecommerce platforms, kiosks, and digital products. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Ecommerce platforms, kiosks, and other digital products.
  2. Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and performance of marketing technology solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand requirements and provide feedback on product quality.
  4. Identify, document, and track defects and issues using industry-standard tools.
  5. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the solutions meet business requirements and user needs.
  6. Provide detailed reports on testing activities, including test results, defect tracking, and quality metrics.
  7. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of our products.
  8. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in QA/UAT and marketing technology.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/UAT, specifically in testing Ecommerce platforms, kiosks, and digital products.
  3. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  4. Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages is a plus.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Experience in the QSR industry.
  2. Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and digital marketing tools.
  3. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
