Relevant du Directeur des Personnes & Culture, vous serez le premier point de contact pour les managers et les employés, responsable de maintenir un pouls sur l'organisation et de s'assurer que nos stratégies P&C non seulement correspondent à la réalité sur le terrain mais aussi s'adaptent au dynamisme de notre communauté en pleine croissance. Ce rôle exige un état d'esprit axé sur "l'expérience client", de l'adaptabilité, une approche pratique, et un désir de contribuer à des stratégies P&C plus larges avec pour objectif d'accélérer les équipes d'Alvéole.Vos responsabilités comprendront :Partenariat Commercial :
  • Forger des partenariats stratégiques P&C avec les leaders d'Alvéole, les soutenant dans la conception organisationnelle, la gestion de la performance, les relations avec les employés, la planification de la main-d'œuvre, la gestion du changement, l'apprentissage & développement, et la gestion des talents
  • Servir de 'Représentant P&C' à l'échelle mondiale, guidant les employés sur les programmes, politiques, processus et événements du cycle de vie P&C
  • Garder un pouls sur l'organisation, recueillir des informations et permettre aux leaders de prendre des décisions informées par les données
Gestion de Projet :
  • Mener des événements cycliques pour maintenir la santé organisationnelle, l'engagement des employés et la performance
  • Piloter de la conception à la mise en œuvre divers projets et initiatives P&C
  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre et l'adoption organisationnelle de nouveaux outils et logiciels P&C
Excellence Opérationnelle :
  • Gérer les opérations RH quotidiennes, y compris l'intégration, les départs et la gestion des systèmes d'information RH (SIRH)
  • Aborder les problèmes de relations avec les employés en mettant l'accent sur la résolution des conflits
  • Assurer la conformité avec les lois et règlements du travail

Compétences & Expérience
  • Bilingue en anglais et en français (obligatoire)
  • Expérience en tant que Partenaire d'Affaires RH ou dans un rôle similaire travaillant directement avec tous les niveaux de leadership
  • Expérience avérée de gestion de projets P&C de la conception à la mise en œuvre
  • Connaissance des pratiques d'emploi au CAN, US, EUR
  • Familiarité avec GSuite, Slack et divers logiciels RH (SIRH, ATS, PMT, KMS, LMS)
  • Expérience en start-up, expérience tech ou expérience dans un environnement soutenu par du capital-risque (un atout)

Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, you will be the first point of contact for managers and employees, responsible for maintaining a pulse on the organization and ensuring that our P&C strategies not only match the reality on the ground but also flex with the dynamism of our growing community. This role demands a committed "customer experience" mindset, adaptability, a hands-on approach, and an appetite to contribute to broader P&C strategies with the goal of accelerating Alvéole’s teams.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Business Partnership:
  • Forge strategic P&C partnerships with Alvéole leaders, supporting them with organizational design, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, change management, learning & development, and talent management
  • Serve as a 'P&C Rep' globally, guiding employees on P&C programs, policies, processes, and lifecycle events
  • Keep a pulse on the organization, collect insights, and enable leaders to make data-informed decisions
  • Project Management:
  • Lead cyclical events to maintain organizational health, employee engagement, and performance
  • Drive the conception to implementation of various P&C projects and initiatives
  • Support the implementation and organizational adoption of new P&C tools and software
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management
  • Address employee relations issues with a focus on conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Culture & Engagement Champion:
  • Represent and reinforce our values and operating frameworks
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, equitable culture by creating opportunities for belonging and community

Skills & Experience
  • Experience as an HRBP or in a similar role working directly with all levels of leadership
  • Proven track record of managing P&C projects from conception to implementation
  • Knowledge of CAN, US, EUR employment practices
  • Familiarity with GSuite, Slack and various HR software (HRIS, ATS, PMT, KMS, LMS)
  • Bilingual in English and French (required)
  • Start-up experience, tech experience, or experience in a VC-backed environment (an asset)
