Chez Alvéole, nous installons des ruches en milieu urbain, sensibilisant au passage des centaines d'entreprises et d'écoles quant aux abeilles et à l'apiculture. Alvéole recherche un membre pour son équipe des Personnes & Culture Alors que nous entrons dans une nouvelle phase de maturité organisationnelle, l'équipe P&C cherche à ajouter à la fois structure et innovation à ses programmes, son partenariat commercial, et ses opérations quotidiennes. Relevant du Directeur des Personnes & Culture, vous serez le premier point de contact pour les managers et les employés, responsable de maintenir un pouls sur l'organisation et de s'assurer que nos stratégies P&C non seulement correspondent à la réalité sur le terrain mais aussi s'adaptent au dynamisme de notre communauté en pleine croissance. Partenariat Commercial :
Forger des partenariats stratégiques P&C avec les leaders d'Alvéole, les soutenant dans la conception organisationnelle, la gestion de la performance, les relations avec les employés, la planification de la main-d'œuvre, la gestion du changement, l'apprentissage & développement, et la gestion des talents
Garder un pouls sur l'organisation, recueillir des informations et permettre aux leaders de prendre des décisions informées par les données
Gestion de Projet :
Mener des événements cycliques pour maintenir la santé organisationnelle, l'engagement des employés et la performance
Piloter de la conception à la mise en œuvre divers projets et initiatives P&C
Soutenir la mise en œuvre et l'adoption organisationnelle de nouveaux outils et logiciels P&C
Assurer la conformité avec les lois et règlements du travail
Champion de la Culture & de l'Engagement :
Favoriser une culture diversifiée, inclusive et équitable en créant des opportunités d'appartenance et de communauté
Organiser des activités de team-building, des événements et des célébrations
Bilingue en anglais et en français (obligatoire)
Expérience avérée de gestion de projets P&C de la conception à la mise en œuvre
Familiarité avec GSuite, Slack et divers logiciels RH (SIRH, ATS, PMT, KMS, LMS)

Alvéole is looking for its People & Culture team member As we enter a new phase of organizational maturity, the P&C team is seeking to add both structure and innovation across its programming, its business partnership, and its day-to-day people operations. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, you will be the first point of contact for managers and employees, responsible for maintaining a pulse on the organization and ensuring that our P&C strategies not only match the reality on the ground but also flex with the dynamism of our growing community. Business Partnership:
Forge strategic P&C partnerships with Alvéole leaders, supporting them with organizational design, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, change management, learning & development, and talent management
Keep a pulse on the organization, collect insights, and enable leaders to make data-informed decisions
Project Management:
Lead cyclical events to maintain organizational health, employee engagement, and performance
Drive the conception to implementation of various P&C projects and initiatives
Support the implementation and organizational adoption of new P&C tools and software
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Culture & Engagement Champion:
Foster a diverse, inclusive, equitable culture by creating opportunities for belonging and community
Organize team-building activities, events, and celebrations
Proven track record of managing P&C projects from conception to implementation
Familiarity with GSuite, Slack and various HR software (HRIS, ATS, PMT, KMS, LMS)
Bilingual in English and French (required)
Start-up experience, tech experience, or experience in a VC-backed environment (an asset)
