We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow ourLife Scienceteam in Toronto. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as a Pharmaceutical - Change Management Specialist.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Planning, assessing, and monitoring organizational readiness (e.g. change impact analysis, role mapping, etc.)
  • Ensuring the organizational readiness as defined by organizational goals and objectives
  • Developing and managing communications strategies and plans to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging with affected stakeholders.
  • Supporting the development of content and materials used to support various communications and engagement activities.
  • Assessing training needs, developing and supporting training plans, and coordinating with internal and external partners on the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Tracking delivery against the roadmap, anticipating and addressing potential barriers (risks & issues)

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, Marketing, Organizational Communications, Business Psychology or related field preferred
  • At least two years of relevant experience in organizational change management
  • Experience in working according to Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Cornerstone (LMS), video production, and graphic design software preferred
  • Successful experience working in a multicultural environment and building strong networks.
  • Proactive self-starter; ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
