This role is required in the office, 2 days per week in Montreal, Canada.

What you get to do in this role:

  1. Be on the ground and a core part of building a new team in Montreal, Canada. The role of the Manager – Technical Accelerators, Impact (Americas) is part of ServiceNow Impact, our newest product.
  2. Manage a team of Technical Consultants who deliver specified accelerators, ensuring proper technical governance is followed.
  3. Hire, coach, and lead a team of Senior and Associate level technical consultants.
  4. Responsible for all aspects of employee performance management, including career development and performance reviews.
  5. Build and leverage strategic relationships with Outsourced Strategic Partners and nearby higher education facilities.
  6. Execute in a player/coach style role for newly onboarded employees.
  7. Manage the execution of the technical delivery for a growing portfolio of accelerator offerings.
  8. Facilitate the team’s career and development plans.
  9. Hold the team accountable to execute using best practices and tools.
  10. Provide strategic technical thinking and execute a business plan to meet team objectives.
  11. Communicate and act as the technical escalation point of contact.
  12. Responsible for high customer satisfaction as reflected in Customer Survey scores.
  13. Promote continuous improvement practices for accelerators and delivery materials.
  14. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other teams.

To be successful in this role you have:

  1. 4+ years progressive experience in a professional or managed services organization; or equivalent education/experience.
  2. Deep technical experience with AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models is HIGHLY preferred.
  3. Presentation strength in articulating AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  4. 4+ years of technical management experience in delivery within a professional or managed services organization.
  5. Creative, entrepreneurial spirit with comfort running initiatives independently.
  6. Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and passion for cultural diversity.
  9. Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  10. Customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the Customer.
  11. Ability to interact well with both technical and non-technical customers.
  12. A passion for leveraging new technologies and functionality.
  13. A strong desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
