Job Description About the Team:

The Advisor, Talent Management and Employee Engagement, is a strategic role focused on optimizing employee performance and fostering a culture of engagement across the organization. Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and Learning & Development, the Advisor will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of programs and strategies designed to enhance employee performance and experience. This role is instrumental in spearheading end-to-end process enhancements for People programs across SSENSE globally, ensuring a positive impact on employees and business units company-wide.

  4. As the Administrator of the Peakon survey platform, optimize the platform to gather actionable insights into employee sentiment. This includes configuring parameters, validating questions, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate on enterprise-wide Organization Design initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Qualifications

How To Excel In This Role:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Have at least 5 years of HR experience (talent management, organizational development, employee engagement) with a focus on program development and implementation.
  • Advanced knowledge of effective practices in Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Design and Employee Engagement with a proven ability to think strategically, anticipate future talent needs, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and engagement survey tools (e.g., Peakon).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English is required as French is the working language in Quebec.
